I-20 Animal Medical Center is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our 24-hour hospital team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience answering multi-line phones, triage, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, processing payments, maintaining accurate client information, and communicating with concerned pet owners.

Applicants should have excellent customer-service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations. Previous veterinary reception experience is required.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
